On 10/13/21, the child care provider contacted 911 because she believed the child was having a seizure. Emergency Medical Services responded to the home. Mrs. Sanchez did not report this 911 call to DCYF to report a serious injury. Mrs. Sanchez informed CPS Investigator Ornelas that she has never reported any injuries.
